Orderly

Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Orderly and explain the limits of a menu assistant built with automated analysis.

Effective October 5, 2026

1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service are an agreement between you and the individual developer identified in the app-store or distribution listing where you obtained Orderly (“we” or “us”). By using Orderly, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the higher minimum age required where you live, to use Orderly.

2. What Orderly provides

Orderly is a menu-reading and food-discovery tool. It can extract menu information, apply a taste profile, suggest dishes, and answer general restaurant-food questions.

We may change, suspend, limit, or discontinue features and do not promise support for every menu, restaurant, language, or device.

3. Important food, allergy, and health warning

Orderly output is generated from imperfect menu text, images, general food knowledge, and automated analysis. It can be incomplete, outdated, or wrong. Recipes, ingredients, preparation methods, prices, portions, nutrition, and cross-contact practices can change.

Never rely on Orderly to decide whether food is safe for an allergy, intolerance, medical condition, pregnancy, religious practice, or other dietary requirement. Confirm ingredients and cross-contact directly with qualified restaurant staff.

Orderly does not provide medical, nutritional, or professional advice and does not diagnose or treat any condition.

4. Your responsibilities

  • Provide only content you have the right to use and review detected menu text before relying on it.
  • Use Orderly lawfully and for personal, non-commercial food discovery unless we agree otherwise.
  • Do not disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, scrape, or bypass security, usage limits, or access controls, except where law expressly permits it.
  • Do not use Orderly for unlawful, harmful, deceptive, infringing, or abusive material, or present automated output as verified safety information.

5. Your content

You keep any rights you have in content you submit. You give us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, copy, transmit, transform, and process it only as needed to provide, secure, and maintain the service.

Orderly does not claim ownership of restaurant menus or other third-party content. You are responsible for respecting intellectual-property and privacy rights.

6. Orderly materials

Orderly and its software, design, branding, and original content are owned by the operator or licensors and protected by law. These terms give you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the app for its intended purpose.

7. Third-party services

Orderly may rely on device platforms, app stores, hosting, AI infrastructure, authentication, analytics, and purchase services supplied by third parties. Their own terms and policies may apply.

If you downloaded Orderly through Apple, Apple is not a party to these terms, is not responsible for Orderly or its support, and is a third-party beneficiary to the extent required by Apple’s app-store rules.

8. No warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Orderly is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, non-infringement, and uninterrupted operation. Mandatory consumer rights still apply.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Orderly operator and suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, data, goodwill, or opportunities, or for restaurant conduct, ingredient errors, or decisions based on automated output.

Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the greater of what you paid to use Orderly during the six months before the event or US $25. This does not limit liability where prohibited by law.

10. Suspension and termination

You may stop using Orderly at any time. We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, users, providers, or public; comply with law; address misuse; or discontinue the service.

11. Applicable law and disputes

Applicable law and courts are those that would apply to your agreement with the operator identified in the app listing, without removing mandatory consumer protections. Before filing a formal claim, email support@askorderly.com so we can try to resolve it informally.

12. Changes and contact

We may update these terms as Orderly changes. Continuing to use Orderly after updated terms take effect means you accept them to the extent allowed by law. For legal or support questions, email support@askorderly.com.
